Xurome Ficila provides professional document services including but not limited to:

• Document verification and authentication
• Document preparation and template customization
• Professional translation services
• Notarization and legalization services
• Document formatting and standardization

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for our services
• Ensure all documents submitted are authentic and legally obtained
• Review all completed work promptly and notify us of any errors within 5 business days
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees associated with the services requested

3. Service Limitations

Our services have the following limitations:

• We do not provide legal advice or act as legal representatives
• We cannot guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties
• Processing times may vary based on document complexity and government agency requirements
• Certain documents may require additional verification steps beyond our control

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Fees

All fees for our services will be communicated upfront and are payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to complete the requested service
• If there is an error on our part that cannot be corrected
• If the service is canceled before work has commenced

No refunds will be issued for completed services or if documents are rejected by third parties due to client-provided information.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client documents and information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, templates, and materials we create remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use completed documents for their intended purposes only.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or government agencies
• We are not liable for documents rejected by third parties due to factors beyond our control

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xurome Ficila, its officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You breach these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required documents or information are not provided
• Payment is not received as agreed

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
